    I don't have a paypal account. How can I pay for my order?

    A: At this time only Paypal is accepted on this site. You can go to my etsy page and pay with a credit card if you do not wish to use Paypal.

    Q: Wrong Chain
    I got my necklace in but the chain is not the one I ordered.

    A: I make every effort to make sure that you get exactly what you order. If for some reason the chain you get is not the one you ordered I will be more than happy to replace it at no charge to you if you return the original chain.

    Q: Doesn't look like the picture
    I got my necklace but a piece on it doesn't look like it did in the picture. What can I do?

    A: If your piece arrives and one of the parts does not look like the picture (i.e. it has a split ring instead of a jump ring holding it in place) I will replace said part at no cost to you.

    Q: Jump Rings / Chains / Charms
    My necklace broke! What can I do?

    A: You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to ask me to fix it AND ship it back to me. I will not fix items for any reason after the initial 30 day period. This includes but is not limited to you emailing me within the 30 day period telling me there is a problem and then not sending it back for 6 weeks.

    If your chain, jump ring or charm breaks within the first 30 days du,e to no fault of your own, I will be more than happy to send you replacement parts. This does not include your 3 month old jerking on the piece and breaking it.

    Q: Return Policy
    What is your return policy?

    A: Due to the nature of these one of a kind pieces (hand stamped jewelry) returns are NOT accepted unless I make a mistake in the misspelling or representation of the piece.

    If you are not satisfied with your item please email me and if it is something I can fix (i.e. the impression is too light) I will be happy to fix it.
